TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man is facing charges after allegedly taking a Lucas County Sheriff’s squad car and drag racing in city limits.
22-year-old Matthew Means was test-driving the vehicle for the car repair shop he works for on Sept. 8.
