EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — Deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 22-year-old man for reckless driving on Tuesday.
EPCSO said it happened near the 14800 block of Edgemere Boulevard near IDEA Edgemere. Deputies found tire marks throughout a shopping center parking lot.
