When Will the I-10 Lane Closures Happen?
According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), I-10 West on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge will have alternating lane closures between mile markers 123 and 127 on Wednesday, September 16, through Friday, September 18, from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., weather permitting.
What Drivers Need to Know About the Basin Bridge Work
The bridge will remain open to regular traffic; however, oversized loads will be restricted to a 16-foot lane width while passing through the work zone.
