BELOIT, Wis. (WMTV) – Visit Beloit and other community partners need your help collecting new or gently used winter gear to help families stay warm this winter.
Stop by a collection site
Coats, snow pants, hats, mittens and scarves can be donated at multiple collection sites across Beloit until Oct. 16.
Collection sites include:
- Visit Beloit at 656 Pleasant St., Beloit, WI
- Wisconsin Welcome Center at Northbound I-39/Westbound I-90 Rest Area 22, Mile Marker 187, Beloit, WI
- Downtown Beloit Association at 557 E. Grand Ave., Beloit, WI
- Stateline Family YMCA at 501 Third St., Beloit, WI
- Kerry Ingredients & Flavours at 3400 Millington Rd., Beloit, WI
- The Morse Group at 1390 Gateway Blvd., Beloit, WI
Items get distributed to Community Action, Inc.
All items collected during the drive will go to Community Action, Inc., a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fighting poverty in Rock and Walworth counties.
