One person is dead after a major crash happened overnight on Wednesday, September 16, according to a preliminary information report from the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD).
North Patrol officers were dispatched to the Northeast Loop 410 access road at Vandiver Road at around 1:59 a.m. for what was classified as a motor vehicle/pedestrian crash. Upon their arrival, authorities found a body lying in the roadway, according to the report.
