Intermountain Health and other groups from around Salt Lake County are teaming up to bring awareness about the importance of preventing falls as we age. It’s all a part of Falls Prevention Week which goes from September 21st-25th.
The Strong and Steady falls prevention event is being held at Wheeler Farms Outdoor Education Center on Tuesday September 22nd from 10 am – 1 pm as a part of the festivities.
The goal is to educate those who are aging and their loved ones about the dangers of falls as we get older and what can be done to avoid them…
