EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department arrested one man at gunpoint Tuesday morning after learning he robbed a victim at Washington-Jefferson Park.
At 11:10 a.m. September 15, Eugene Police responded to a report of a man with a gun near West 4th Avenue and Washington Street.
