Hutcherson Flying Queens great Carmen Wynn-Parks, a three-time NAIA All-American who became one of the most accomplished players in Wayland Baptist University history, has been selected for induction into the NAIA Hall of Fame.
The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced the selection of Wynn-Parks Tuesday, recognizing a four-year career that included 2,310 points, three national tournament appearances, and a place in the 1986 national championship game. The Hall of Fame Award is the association’s highest honor.

- 113–23 team record and three NAIA tournament appearances from 1983–87.
- Three-time NAIA and AWSF All-American; two-time Kodak/WBCA All-American.
- 2,310 points and a .560 field-goal percentage; third and eighth in NAIA history at graduation.
- Two NAIA All-Tournament selections and the 1985 NAIA Hustle Award.
- 187 blocks, including a school-record 72 in 1984–85; featured on the 1986–87 NAIA media guide cover.
