St. Louis unveils final redevelopment plan for former Army ammunition plant site

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Plans are moving forward to redevelop the former St. Louis Army Ammunition Plant in north St. Louis and potentially two surrounding federal sites.

The city’s Planning and Urban Design Agency on Tuesday unveiled a final draft plan for redeveloping the Mark Twain I-70 Industrial neighborhood. The agency spent more than a year collecting community input and conducting site analysis to complete the plan.
