The man suspected of fatally shooting a 23-year-old woman in Belltown had three prior felony convictions and was under active Department of Corrections supervision when he allegedly opened fire, just three days after he was released from jail following a one-month sentence in a domestic-violence assault case.
A King County judge on Tuesday found probable cause to hold Theaellis Wallace Hall, 44, on investigation of second-degree murder and set bail at $4 million, as requested by prosecutors. Hall waived his right to appear at the hearing and was represented by a defense attorney.
