A 20-year-old Allentown man is accused of raping and sexually assaulting an 18-year-old woman at an East Stroudsburg University dorm room.
Edmoh F. Sheriff, of the 700 block of North Main Street, is charged with one count felony rape; one count felony sex assault; two counts felony aggravated indecent assault without consent; two counts misdemeanor indecent assault; and one count summary harassment.
