LATHAM — Bank of America is planning a major Capital Region investment.
The North Carolina-based company will invest more than $23 million to develop a new regional headquarters in Latham.
Starting in early 2029, 240 employees currently split between Bank of America’s locations at 69 State St. in Albany and 26 Century Hill in Latham will move to the new building.
