A distraught Charlotte man finally learned the fate of his asylum-seeking wife and 6-year-old daughter after Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials took them into custody without warning.
Zoeh and her mother, Ydienays Dariana Dominguez, were flown to Venezuela, the Charlotte father identified only as Anderson said during a news conference Thursday on the playground at Eastway Park where his daughter loved to play.
