The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating after a man was reportedly assaulted on Brytan Street Wednesday afternoon.
The details were sparse on the report from HPD, but it states that a male victim had reported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center to seek medical attention for several injuries. The victim told officers he had been on Bryant Street around 6:30 p.m. when he was jumped by two male suspects.
