CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Rocky River man who pleaded guilty to a deadly hit and run that killed a 42-year-old woman on the city’s West side, will be sentenced Thursday.
In August, Marcus Gilmer was convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide.
The accident happened around 8 a.m. Jan. 12 in the area of West 73rd Street and Clark Avenue.
