Bar Mar, Zaytinya and Butterfly all opened at W Nashville this year. José Andrés Group just bundled the three into one experience called Tour de José. You don’t need to book a room to join in, either.

Timing matters here. Zaytinya opens earliest, serving lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. Bar Mar and Butterfly don’t open until the evening, and Butterfly stays open past midnight on weekends.
