A Marion County man who claims he slipped and fell over a spilled liquid in the detergent aisle has sued the Ocala Walmart where the incident allegedly occurred.
Attorneys representing Leonard White filed the complaint was on Thursday, Sept. 10, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County.
