SANTA MARIA, Calif. (KEYT) – Kevin Medrano has been convicted of the February 2023 murder of Robert ‘Bobby’ Valencia in Santa Maria.
On Feb. 4, 2023, around 11:46 p.m., Medrano and another person approached a home on North Railroad Road in Santa Maria and fired six shots into the residence after Robert Valencia came to the door detailed the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office in a press release Thursday.
