Pasco County sheriff’s deputies are asking for help locating Ricardo Durand-Vicens, a 49-year-old man reported missing and endangered after he was last seen near Devonoak Blvd. in Land O’Lakes on Sunday afternoon. Deputies said he was last seen around 3 p.m. on Sept. 13 and may be traveling in a 2016 BMW.
