During an effort to expand its training space and accommodate more apprentices, a Wisconsin construction union will work on its own training center expansion in DeForest.
The Wisconsin Laborers’ District Council recently broke ground on a 25,000-square-foot addition to its training center campus in DeForest with general contractor Findorff and architect Potter Lawson.
The project, expected to cost between $8 million and $8.5 million, will add three new classrooms, three hands-on training bays and a Commercial Driver’s License space for truck drivers, according to the Laborers’ union…
