OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – One man was arrested after he allegedly burglarized a truck at the North Omaha Airport, leading investigators to his home, where more stolen items were found, according to authorities.
Randy Pluta, 45, was booked into Douglas County Corrections for theft by unlawful taking $1,500 – $4,999, possession of burglar’s tools, and possession of meth.
According to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, on Aug. 26, deputies were contacted by the victim of the theft at the airport, who said that someone had broken into his truck and stole tools the night before…
