Rockford’s Winnebago County Animal Services faces surge of 127 cats needing homes

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — People looking to make a furry addition to their family can do so at a for less beginning this weekend.

Starting Friday, Sept. 18, Winnebago County Animal Services will reduce its adoption fees for cats to $30 for kittens and $5 for adult cats.
