TEXAS — Some changes are on the way for Bexar County drivers in less than two months. It’s all part of the new mandatory emissions testing for vehicles in Bexar County.
All gasoline powered vehicles between two and 24 years old must pass the new emissions test starting in November. Vehicles must pass in order to receive registration.
