ROSE HILL, Kan. (KWCH) – The Rose Hill Police Department is urging community members to stay off railroad tracks after a juvenile was recorded climbing over a stopped train car with a bicycle at the Rose Hill Road crossing.
Images captured from a 68-second video show the unidentified juvenile hoisting a bicycle onto a train car, climbing over the coupler, and crossing to the other side.
Police released the images ahead of Rail Safety Week, scheduled for Sept. 21–25, warning that “so many terrible things could have gone wrong in that time frame.”…
