SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Another new menu item has arrived at Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican, this time giving fans of the restaurant a new option for snacking, only available in Utah.
In July, Cafe Rio introduced the fry-stuffed Utah Handheld Burrito, served alongside the brand’s own twist on fry sauce. Based on customers’ positive response, the restaurant is trying out a new way to enjoy those fries that many Utahns may already have been craving after seeing the burrito.
