Spectacular Smith is facing a civil lawsuit in Arizona from a woman who accuses the Pretty Ricky member of sexually assaulting and strangling her during an encounter at a Phoenix residence last year.
Alexis Dieng filed the complaint against Smith, whose full name is Spectacular Blue Smith, in Maricopa County Superior Court on Aug. 12. Dieng is suing for assault and battery based on sexual assault, alleging Smith first contacted her through Instagram on Oct. 23, 2025, while asking for restaurant recommendations. According to the lawsuit, the two spoke for several hours and eventually arranged to meet, but Smith allegedly changed the meeting location and directed her to a residence in Phoenix, where she arrived around 10:30 p.m. the following night…
