LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Two new restaurants are set to open next month at the El Cortez Hotel and Casino, adding fresh dining options to Downtown Las Vegas as owner Kenny Epstein continues to evolve the historic property.
Siegel’s 1941 and Alex Prime Steakhouse will offer two distinct experiences, from daytime comfort food to an upscale evening steakhouse.
According to the hotel, Siegel’s 1941 is a reimagined breakfast and lunch destination that will be open daily.
