ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — An Albany man was charged in connection to a stabbing. Police said it happened around 12:45 a.m. Thursday at a home on Hawthorne Avenue near Hawkins Street.
The 34-year-old victim had stab wounds to his neck, arm, and the side of his torso, according to Albany police. He was taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said 31-year-old Joshua Scattareggia fled the scene before officers arrived, but he was found shortly after and taken into custody.
Scattareggia was charged with one count of assault in the second degree and one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. He was arraigned and sent to the Albany County Jail…
