AKRON, Ohio (WJW) — A Barberton man who admitted to attacking a police officer with a claw hammer following a February domestic violence incident has pleaded guilty to all charges.
A judge this week sentenced Jacob Culbertson, 35, of Barberton, on his crimes of felonious assault, resisting arrest and domestic violence to a total of four years and nine months in prison, up to a possible six years and nine months in prison, Summit County court records show.
