GUILDERLAND — The Guilderland Planning Board recently tabled a proposed 36,000-square-foot contractor yard on Route 146 until the developer remaps federal wetlands on the site and it’s determined whether a Revolutionary War patriot is buried there.
But when the board does weigh in, Chairman Stephen Feeney made clear, it will likely push for a smaller project. “To me it seems like you’re squeezing the orange pretty hard here,” he told project engineer Luigi Palleschi.
