ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Arts, crafts and trades from the heart of Appalachia are on full display at the North Carolina Mountain State Fair.
Blacksmithing, rug hooking and basket weaving are just a few heritage crafts fairgoers can experience, courtesy of the Dogwood Crafters, a collective of over 100 Appalachian artists based in Dillsboro.
