FORT GORDON, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Army & Air Force Exchange Service is warning service members and military families at Fort Gordon to watch out for fraudulent emails and text messages impersonating the Exchange.
According to officials, scammers have been circulating messages claiming to come from the Exchange, including at least one reported email that used the subject line “My Wishlist.” Officials caution that other suspicious messages may also be circulating.
The Exchange advises anyone who receives an unexpected or suspicious email or text message not to click any links, open attachments, or share personal, account or payment information. Instead, recipients should immediately delete the message…
