POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 9:03pm on September 16th after requests to check the welfare on Willow Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller, a third-party, told dispatch that they hadn’t heard from their father and even had checked with local hospitals to see if they were there. The caller then contacted dispatch again saying that he was found dead “in the tub.” The age of the deceased and circumstances surrounding his death in the tub were not noted on the call.
