The City of North Charleston will host its 13th annual Harvest Festival on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Olde Village near Park Circle.
The free fall festival will take place along East Montague Avenue and feature live music, an artist market, costume contests, trick-or-treating, a petting zoo and children’s activities.
