RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Officers responded to Meijer Sept. 7 for a report of a woman at Meijer with her children while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
They located the Cleveland Heights woman, 33, and were given permission to search her vehicle because surveillance video showed that she appeared to have been something in the parking lot. In the vehicle, they found a straw with blue residue and a blue powder. The woman said that it was a crushed Percocet and added that she had smoked crack earlier that day.
She was arrested for child endangerment and the children, 6 and 10, were released to their grandmother…
