CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Cedar Rapids Police Department K-9 Riggs has received a new bullet- and stab-resistant vest through a donation from the nonprofit Vested Interest in K9s Inc.
The vest was sponsored by the organization and is embroidered with the message, “In memory of K9 Hobbs, Des Moines, IA – EOW 12/12/23.”
