(Lafayette, Louisiana) – We know that the roads across Louisiana can be treacherous at times, but in recent weeks, I have noticed a new road hazard across parts of South Louisiana.
Often, when people travel through the Bayou State, they complain about road conditions, and I get it, but lately there’s been more than just potholes to watch out for on Louisiana roads.
Besides potholes, we also have to watch out for wildlife. How many times have you seen deer, pigs, and other wildlife just standing alongside the interstate in Louisiana? It’s one of my biggest fears at night when traveling between Lafayette and Baton Rouge because there are deer everywhere…
