A 93-year-old Eastside resident says she has been dealing with an unreliable landline for nearly three years, leaving her frustrated and looking for answers.
Mary Grace has kept track of the times her phone connection has become unstable. She says the problems have included static and periods when she could not count on the phone working properly.
