A motorcyclist killed in a crash with a turning charter bus in Pennsylvania has been identified, authorities announced on Friday, Sept. 18.
Samuel Velasquez Jr., 28, of Bangor, was riding west on Industrial Drive in Bethlehem when the crash happened around 9:39 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, according to Bethlehem police.
