The new Good Ground Harvest Market opens Tuesday, Sept. 22, and will run every Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at Bible Baptist Church, 3102 Prospect Circle, through Nov. 24.
The 10-week market in the Sango area was created to fill a gap in Montgomery County: summer farmers markets wind down, but local farmers still produce and the community still wants fresh, local food.
“At the heart of Good Ground is a desire to serve our community; supporting our local farmers while giving families a place to shop local, eat well and gather together.
