Home sales in North Alabama cooled somewhat in August compared to July, but they remain ahead of last year’s pace according to data released by the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors.
“With pending sales up 9.4% year to date and closed sales up 8.8%, the Huntsville real estate market is outperforming most of the country this year,” realtor Matt Curtis told AL.com.
