AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — An Oklahoma man was indicted in Potter County after investigators say he sent an intimate video of a woman to her father.
Johnnie Wayne Deckard Jr., of Hulbert, Oklahoma, was indicted by a Potter County grand jury on a charge of publish/threat to publish intimate visual material.
