After more than 45 years in business, New York Sub Hub found a way to make its sandwiches the quickest and most accessible they have ever been. And bonus – It is on wheels.
Acting as the latest addition to East Side Denton, located at 117 E. Oak St., New York Sub Hub’s newest food truck location began serving guests earlier this month. Second generation business owner Hunter Christiansen said the idea of opening a new food truck came from a proposition from his longtime friends, Jordan and Tyler Buck.
“We sat on it for a month or so, but we kind of got a little more serious and then just ran with it,” Christiansen said. “It wasn’t like a long time coming or this or that. It just kind of happened all at once.”…
