EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A Riverside Middle School student brought an unloaded gun to the Ysleta Independent School District campus Friday, September 18, before classes began, according to district spokeswoman Tracy Garcia-Ramirez.
School administrators and security officers responded after receiving a report about the firearm. They searched the student and the student’s belongings and found no ammunition, Garcia-Ramirez told KTSM..
