EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A man connected to the kidnapping and death of a reputed drug dealer is now back behind bars after pleading guilty to a possession of a controlled substance charge earlier this year.
Cesar Pineda, who along with a group of men, including a suspected member of the Sinaloa Cartel, were all convicted of various federal charges tied to the kidnapping and killing of Sergio Saucedo in Horizon City on Sept. 3, 2009.
