About five months after human remains were recovered at a Marrero house, a woman who used to live at the residence agreed to plead guilty to failure to report the commission of a homicide.
Kelly Barrios, 40, also pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice involving a homicide, according to Jefferson Parish court records.
