MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — CBS 58 obtained exclusive video of a scary incident on Milwaukee’s south side where an 18-year-old on an e-scooter ran into a car.
The incident happened just before 8 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 18 near 25th and Greenfield.
