SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has confirmed that they have over 90,000 missionaries serving worldwide.
According to the Church, this is a record number for the Church and a large part of that is reportedly linked to an increase of sister missionaries actively serving.
“The milestone was announced this week as the number of young women serving as full-time missionaries — over 30,000 — became the largest cohort of sister missionaries ever in the Church’s history,” The Church stated…
