D.C. police arrested and charged a man Wednesday in the death of his infant stepdaughter last month.
Demetrius Beatty, 40, was charged with first-degree felony murder and first-degree cruelty to children nearly a month after 2-month-old Khamyah Honesty’s death was ruled a homicide.
