NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) issued a public service announcement regarding e-bikes and e-motos.
The NCPD said the increase in e-bike and e-moto drivers has come with an increase in issues as well as many are being used by younger riders unfamiliar with traffic laws.
